Job Summary:

Support month/year end closing activities to ensure inter-companies transaction are completed in SAP/ FLEX system, in accurate and complete manner. Participate in process improvements in inter-companies.

Job Descriptions:

1. Perform monthly inter-companies’s billings including service fee, loan interest and other non-trade income.
2. Perform billings for back charge of inter-companies for any payment on behalf.
3. Capturing all the receipts for non-trade related in SAP/ FLEX system.
4. Perform clearing for all the receipts and any contra request for inter-companies.
5. Preparing and sending Statement of Accounts in monthly basis.
6. To assist and reconcile on monthly inter-companies reconciliation.
7. Assist team lead for any audit request related to Inter-companies.
8. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree holder in Finance /Accounting or professional qualifications (e.g. LCCI, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, etc) / Diploma.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling in related field.
3. Accounting system experience – SAP, FLEX or Esker would be an advantage.
4. Microsoft Office experience; must have basic Excel knowledge.
5. Ability to work on own initiative.
6. Good interpersonal, good communication and problem-solving skills.
7. Able to take pressure and perform under tight deadline.
