Accounts Executive

This position will be reporting to the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Verify and process employee expense claims
• Process inter-company transactions
• Ensure timely closing of accounts and preparation of monthly reports for the Line Manager
• Ensure timely submission of related reports to government agencies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Assist with internal and external audits and tax submissions
• Perform any other related duties as requested by the Line Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimal 1 - 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with SunSystems and Concur will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as a team player
• Competent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
