DESIGNATION : Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant - Financial Accounting
RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing accounts receivable, including invoicing, credit control, and collections.
Ensure accounting transactions and Cost Center are capture in system correctly, with adequate review prior to the month-end-closing. Ensure sales and purchase transactions in line with company policies and Accounting Standard.
Coordinate with related departments to ensure sales and purchase transactions are recognize in system timely, accurately and completely.
Reconciling accounts and ensuring accurate financial records, investigate and resolve any reconciliation differences.
Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist in liaising with auditors and tax agents.
Assist in office administration duties to ensure that the office is run efficiently and smoothly in an organized manner.
Handle other adhoc or non-adhoc tasks/assignments.
QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in handling full set of accounts is an added advantage.
Positive thinking with strong interpersonal skills.
