Accounts Executive (Non-halal industry)

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare full set accounts, which includes issuances of cheques, co-ordinate on payment verification/approval and other day-to-day operations to ensure timely and accurate generation of monthly bank reconciliation; cash book movements, journals and general ledger
• Oversees daily operational accounting & finance functions in accounts payable, general ledger and bank reconciliation.
• Monitor and assist in cash flow management and planning for corporate headquarters and improve cash flow by effective credit management and collection.
• Perform annual audit and ensure compliance to legal and accounting standards and follow up to address the audit findings
• Collaborate and work closely with other departments related to accounting issues and monthly closing activity
• Manage and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, legal advisers and bankers
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, special projects & etc as required

Qualification & Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Computer literate, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Required language: Mandarin, English, and Malay
• Able to work independently and minimum supervisor
• Salary range RM3,000 – RM3,800
