- 負責管理應收帳款流程。
- 確保及時準確地收取款項。
- 與銷售人員和客戶保持良好的關係。
- 執行應收帳款的每月結帳活動，包括開立貸項通知單和借項通知單。
- 核實應收帳款賬齡報告和付款收集。
- 編製應收帳款賬齡報告，包括信用期間內及信用期間內的分析。其他報告包括機器採購、機器服務維護、活躍和非活躍客戶。
- 為客戶退回的機器或貨物準備信用票據。
- 準備給逾期客戶的催款信和銷售目標報告。
- 監控和管理信用控制並根據特殊要求建立銷售訂單。
- 其他臨時任務。
