Accounts Payable Officer

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team, reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor in Australia. This role involves managing the full accounts payable function for our Australian sites.
Key Focus Areas the Role Will Include:
- Process and scan approximately 1,200 invoices monthly using Esker AP automation.
- Perform 2-way and 3-way voucher matching in Esker or JDE Oracle.
- Prepare weekly EFT and manual payments for Australian sites.
- Manage the accounts payable mailbox and address vendor queries professionally.
- Conduct supplier statement reconciliations and assist with new vendor applications.
- Support interim and year-end audits and manage credit card transactions via Concur.
- Prepare KPI reports and outstanding PO/GRNI reports.
- Assist with monthly reconciliations and process improvement projects.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following attributes and qualifications:
- About 3 years' experience in a similar role within an automated AP environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities and capability to manage deadlines.
- Experience with JDE and Esker, along with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in English.
- Flexible hybrid working environment.
