Job Highlight

Responsibilities :
Quotation and Order Management
• Issue quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices as required by the sales team.
• Prepare product samples upon sales team request.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
Stock & Quality Control
• Checking production rework status, transfer notes, and stock listings.
• Monitor daily stock movements (incoming and outgoing).
• Perform daily quality checks on all incoming materials.
• Manage monthly stock checks and ensure accurate inventory.
Documentation and Filing
• Maintain documentation related to orders, deliveries, and stock.
• the documentation for lorry deliveries, daily store deliveries, and receiving checking.

Requirements:
• Minimum with 1year working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the use of computer applications
• Positive attitude and personality
• Good learning attitude
• Preferably Mandarin Speaking candidate Due to Job role require for internal communication
• Possess own transport
