  • Input data from various sources such as forms, documents, and spreadsheets.
  • Responsible for receiving visitors, answering incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and delivering inquiries.
  • Maintain and update records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely filing.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of facilities.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning and filing documents.
  • Handling ad-hoc administrative requests and queries from management.
  • 记录并更新资料,如表格、文件和电子表格。
  • 负责接待来访、接听来电、解答咨询及传递咨询工作。
  • 维护及更新记录和文件,确保准确性和及时归档。
  • 确保设备例行维护和保养。
  • 负责基本的行政工作,如影印、扫描和文件归档。
  • 完成管理层交办的其他行政工作。

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of using office software such as MS office, etc.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English & Malay.
  • Attentive, patient and conscientious in approaching work, demonstrating responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, works well in at team, is eager to learn and proactive, and is willing to accept position adjustments as needed.
  • 熟悉MS OFFICE等办公软件使用。
  • 能够使用中文、英文和马来语进行交流。
  • 工作认真负责,耐心细致,态度认真。
  • 具有良好沟通能力、团队合作且好学积极,愿意接受岗位的调整安排。
