We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant Intern to support our day-to-day office operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in administrative and clerical functions within a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
- Support reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls
- Help maintain office supplies and pantry inventory
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as issuing invoices, matching delivery orders (DO), and organizing financial documents
- Liaise with vendors and service providers when required (e.g., photocopy machine maintenance, stationery orders)
- Support the logistics team in documentation and stock receipt when needed
- Maintain accurate records and proper filing systems
- Help with ad-hoc assignments and departmental projects as assigned by the supervisor
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to learn, proactive, and a team player
- Familiarity with SQL accounting software is a plus (not required)
