工作職責：

  • **行政管理：**
  • 監督和協調日常行政運作，確保整個組織的順利運作。
  • 制定並實施政策和程序以提高營運效率。
  • 管理辦公用品、設施維護和供應商關係。
  • **人力資源支援：**
  • 與人力資源部門合作，支援招募、入職、培訓和員工參與計畫。
  • 提供有關勞動法、遵守就業法規和人力資源最佳實踐的指導。
  • 協助員工績效評估、紀律處分和政策執行。
  • **法律合規性：**
  • 確保所有行政和人力資源活動符合相關法律要求和公司政策。
  • 隨時了解人力資源法律法規，例如僱傭合約、工作場所安全和員工權利。
  • 準備和管理合規、審計和報告目的的文件。
  • **財務監督**
  • 監控行政預算、批准支出並優化成本效率。
  • 與財務和人力資源部門協調支援工資處理。
  • **溝通與協調：**
  • 充當部門之間的聯絡人，以簡化溝通並確保行政和人力資源實踐的一致性。
  • 促進團隊會議並保存關鍵決策和行動項目的文件。


**要求：**

  • **教育：**工商管理、人力資源或相關領域的學士學位。
  • **經驗：**至少 3-5 年行政或人力資源管理經驗，最好是擔任主管職務。
  • **知識**：深入了解人力資源法規、勞動法以及行政管理的最佳實務。
  • **技能**：優秀的組織、溝通和解決問題的能力；熟練使用 MS Office 和 HR 軟體。
  • **個人屬性**：高度注重細節、道德、可靠，積極主動管理行政和人力資源職責。
