- **法律合規性：**
- 確保所有行政和人力資源活動符合相關法律要求和公司政策。
- 隨時了解人力資源法律法規，例如僱傭合約、工作場所安全和員工權利。
- 準備和管理合規、審計和報告目的的文件。
- **財務監督**
- 監控行政預算、批准支出並優化成本效率。
- 與財務和人力資源部門協調支援工資處理。
- **溝通與協調：**
- 充當部門之間的聯絡人，以簡化溝通並確保行政和人力資源實踐的一致性。
- 促進團隊會議並保存關鍵決策和行動項目的文件。
- **教育：**工商管理、人力資源或相關領域的學士學位。
- **經驗：**至少 3-5 年行政或人力資源管理經驗，最好是擔任主管職務。
- **知識**：深入了解人力資源法規、勞動法以及行政管理的最佳實務。
- **技能**：優秀的組織、溝通和解決問題的能力；熟練使用 MS Office 和 HR 軟體。
- **個人屬性**：高度注重細節、道德、可靠，積極主動管理行政和人力資源職責。
