Job Description:
- Handle accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Assist with procurement and inventory management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
