Job Description:

  • Handle accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Assist with procurement and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
