What you'll be doing
- Performing a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
- Handling accounting responsibilities such as invoicing, payments, and record-keeping
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Supporting the management team with ad-hoc projects and duties as required
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience with accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
