Key Responsibilities:

Administration

  • Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Organize and maintain files, both electronic and physical
  • Assist with project management and documentation

Accounts Assistant
Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting systems, maintain accurate records and organized financial records.
Bookkeeping: Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for book keeping
Ad-Hoc Support: Report and assist superior with various accounting tasks as assigned to support the smooth monthly closing.

Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in accounting
2. Willing to learn, ability to work independently and in organized manner
3. At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in corporate accounting
4. Knowledge on SQL Accounting & Ms Office will be an added advantage.
5. Willing to work at Jalan Ampang KL

6. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
