ADMIN CUM MANAGEMENT

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Admin Cum Management professional to join our team at Toothouse Dental Clinic in Kuching, Sarawak. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and management operations of our thriving dental practice.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the clinic's administrative functions, including scheduling, patient records, and inventory control
• Supervising and coordinating the work of the administrative and support staff
• Implementing and maintaining efficient office procedures and policies
• Overseeing the clinic's financial operations, including invoicing, billing, and payroll
• Liaising with patients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Assisting the Dental Practitioners with practice management and decision-making
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes
• Ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

• Able to speak Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or management role
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and stakeholders
• Proficient in the use of various office software, including Microsoft Office suite and practice management systems
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to manage a team
