Job Responsibility
- Providing customer service and clerical support to the CS and Admin department
- Manage phone calls and email enquiries.
- Able to handle job loads for data input to ensure all data entries are properly keyed in
- Coordinate with service centers on service claim, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Qualification: SPM/ Diploma Holder with 1-2 years of related working experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Required skill(s): MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.
- Willing to learn and initiative-taking.
- Able to join immediately or at short notice.
- Training Provided
- Strategic location as next to MRT station
