Job Responsibility

  • To handle invoice billing and sales report.
  • Performed accurate data entry and maintain updated records.
  • Brand Inventory Management i.e. execution of inventory recall, replenishment, inventory in/out, consolidations etc.
  • Sales support â replenishment of stationery, POSM preparation, check and verify monthly attendances etc.
  • Office Administrative â business / shop licences application, quotation compilation, logistic arrangement etc.
  • To handle any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, any field.
  • Knowledge in Inventory and Stock Management and Booking Keeping will have an added advantage.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced enviroment.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (especially AutoCount) is an added advantage.
  • Priority will be given to those who can start working immediately.
