Job Responsibility

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, handling calls, and managing office supplies.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and operating efficiently.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, appointments, and internal communications.
  • Prepare letters, memos, minutes, and simple reports when required.
  • Handle basic documentation and correspondence.
  • Assist in posting job ads, arranging interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelorâs Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1â2 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.Â
