Job Responsibility
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, handling calls, and managing office supplies.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and operating efficiently.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, appointments, and internal communications.
- Prepare letters, memos, minutes, and simple reports when required.
- Handle basic documentation and correspondence.
- Assist in posting job ads, arranging interviews, and following up with candidates.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
- Diploma or Bachelorâs Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1â2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills in English and Malay; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
