Job Responsibility
- Handle all paperwork and documentation to ensure proper record-keeping and organization.
- Manage all training-related tasks, including coordination of past and upcoming training sessions.
- Organize company events, staff activities and company trips.
- Prepare and print certificates and arrange courier deliveries as required.
- Monitor and track expired documents, ensuring timely updates or renewals.
- Perform general office administrative tasks to support smooth daily operations.
- Support ad hoc projects and assignments as requested by management.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Handle HRDF documents and related submissions.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
