Job Responsibility

  • Handle all paperwork and documentation to ensure proper record-keeping and organization.
  • Manage all training-related tasks, including coordination of past and upcoming training sessions.
  • Organize company events, staff activities and company trips.
  • Prepare and print certificates and arrange courier deliveries as required.
  • Monitor and track expired documents, ensuring timely updates or renewals.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks to support smooth daily operations.
  • Support ad hoc projects and assignments as requested by management.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Handle HRDF documents and related submissions.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
