- Ensure timely processing of utility payments and maintain accurate payment records.
- Handle order processing efficiently to support smooth daily operations.
- Oversee stationery and pantry supplies, including inventory monitoring, ordering, and replenishment.
- Assist in land title documentation management and maintain proper filing and record-keeping.
- Prepare, update and manage masterlists and multiple datasheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency across records.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and general data analysis.
- Experience in handling authority payments such as quit rent, assessment and stamp duties is preferred.
- Experience in Telco management (e.g., phone lines, mobile plans, and internet services) will be an added advantage.
- Provide administrative support and assistance to the Admin team as directed by the superior.
