- Providing administrative support in a professional & timely manner
- Answering and forwarding telephone inquiries
- Screening email communication, responding to emails as appropriate
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Proofreading and editing drafts of reports, emails, and other work for the executive team
- Maintaining organized and accurate records, updating databases, calendars, and other files
Job Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent with good problem solving skills.
- Good command of verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office.
- Working Hour : 9.00am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
