Agensi Pekerjaan Best Choice Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (Foreign Workers Supplier & Management)

  • Providing administrative support in a professional & timely manner
  • Answering and forwarding telephone inquiries
  • Screening email communication, responding to emails as appropriate
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Proofreading and editing drafts of reports, emails, and other work for the executive team
  • Maintaining organized and accurate records, updating databases, calendars, and other files

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independent with good problem solving skills.
  • Good command of verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Working Hour : 9.00am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
