We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, while fostering a positive workplace culture.

What You'll Do
Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and conducting interviews
Support employee onboarding and orientation programs
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
Facilitate communication between management and staff regarding policies and procedures
Contribute to performance management processes and employee development initiatives
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback on employee experiences
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience in an HR role or similar position
Command of Chinese, Mandarin and English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software tools
