提供高效的行政支持，管理與學生相關的流程，並確保中心日常運作的順利進行，為學生和教職員工創造一個積極有序的環境。
主要職責

提供高效的行政支持，管理與學生相關的流程，並確保中心日常運作的順利進行，為學生和教職員工創造一個積極有序的環境。
主要職責
- 管理學生事務，包括出席、諮詢和一般支援。
- 處理學生註冊並準確地將資料輸入系統。
- 協調並協助學生活動、活動和遊覽。
- 確保辦公環境隨時乾淨、整潔、正常運作。
- 專業且及時接聽電話、電子郵件和上門詢問。
- 在需要時協助學生安排住宿、交通或其他要求。
- 與教師和學術團隊聯絡以支援課堂後勤。
- 處理歸檔、文件、庫存和報告等基本行政任務。
- 如有需要，願意駐紮在我們的任何一家分行。
