主要職責
- 執行一般行政任務，例如資料輸入、歸檔、文件準備和信函處理。
- 維護和組織實體和數位歸檔系統。
- 協助管理辦公用品、庫存水準以及與供應商聯絡採購事宜。
- 以專業和友善的方式處理來電、電子郵件和訪客。
- 支援人力資源和財務部門進行文件編制、記錄保存和報告準備。
- 協助安排會議、準備會議室並在需要時記錄會議記錄。
- 確保遵守內部政策並根據需要支援審計或合規流程。
- 與內部部門協調以確保滿足行政需求。
- 至少擁有辦公室管理、工商管理或相關領域的 SPM/文憑。
- 具有至少 1 年的行政或文職工作經驗者優先（鼓勵應屆畢業生申請）。
- 精通Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
- 具有很強的組織和多任務處理能力，並且注重細節。
- 能夠用馬來語和英語清晰地溝通（普通話是額外的優勢）。
- 可靠、值得信賴，並且能夠保密地處理敏感資訊。
- 能夠在快節奏的環境中獨立工作或作為團隊的一員工作。
