About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP Data Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage and maintain accurate data in SAP, ensure smooth system operations, and support the production and operations teams with SAP-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Input and update work orders and master data in SAP.
• Validate and verify data accuracy before submission.
• Monitor SAP transactions for errors or discrepancies.
• Address basic SAP-related queries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain logs of data entry activities and issue resolutions.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure system accuracy.
• Work with SAP key users to develop and maintain standard reports.
• Conduct routine data validation and system cleanup.
• Document and communicate system changes effectively.
• Provide administrative support for training and engagement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
• Basic understanding of SAP PP/PM modules or a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
