Job Responsibility
Working Days: 6 Days / Week
Working Hour: 09:00 â 17:30 (1hrs breaktime)
Location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
Job Requirements
- Monitor and maintain the quality of daily operational tasks and processes to minimize errors.
- Conduct thorough investigations of parcel-related issues using CCTV footage and relevant tools.
- Respond promptly and professionally to tickets and customer inquiries.
- Record and analyze operational abnormalities to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage and support customer platforms including Shopee SEA/CB/AIR, Tmall, and Lazada CB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance operational performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all investigations and corrective actions taken.
Working Days: 6 Days / Week
Working Hour: 09:00 â 17:30 (1hrs breaktime)
Location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
Job Requirements
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience working in the logistics industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex problems and identify root causes.
- Excellent communication skills to convey findings, insights, and suggestions effectively.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to producing accurate and reliable reports.
