• Handle all administrative tasks related to used car sales and purchases.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles, customers, and transactions.
• Assist with loan/finance applications and liaise with banks/finance companies.
• Assist sales team with preparation of Follow Up Client Case Daily
• Coordinate with customers, agents, and authorities regarding documentation and approvals.
• Handle office filing, correspondence, and other administrative support.
• Provide general support in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to read/write in English and Malay
