Position Summary:
AirAsia X is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration Intern to support the Ground Operations Department. This internship provides hands-on exposure to airport operations, documentation management, workforce coordination, and administrative processes essential for safe, efficient, and compliant ground handling activities.

Organized: Able to manage multiple files, schedules, logs, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Professional: Maintains confidentiality, adheres to safety procedures, and represents the airline positively.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization.
Support the preparation of reports, operational records, and correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and HR.
Maintain employee schedules and training records.
Support the processing of travel documents and operational forms.
Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Organize internal meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
Provide support for airline compliance documentation, safety records, and audit preparation.
Respond professionally and promptly to emails, phone calls, and internal requests.
Perform other administrative or project-based tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Office Management, or related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
