Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience working in similar field.
  3. Basic skill and knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  4. Prefer who has admin experiences.
  5. Good organizational skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Must have a positive attitude, respectful, self-motivated, trustworthy and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  7. Preferred language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (due to nature of work).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. To assist in coordinate and managing the Conveyance & Credit Department.
  2. To liaise with panel lawyer on the preparation of documents relating to Sales of properties and to ensure timely execution of these documents.
  3. To ensure that all particulars of the documents are in order and complying with statutory requirements.
  4. Safe keeping and updating of all documents such as Sales and Purchase agreement, loan document and transfer of ownership.
  5. To assist in issuing Official Receipt and updating of payments.
  6. Any other assignments as directed by Management and your immediate superior.
