Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibility

• Performing clerical tasks and supporting the finance team with report preparation.
• Handling general administrative duties.
• Handling general administrative duties, including:
• Assisting the LDC center with coordination and paperwork.
• Supporting the HR department with administrative paperwork.
• Collecting documents from outlets within the Klang Valley.
• Managing courier services.
• Preparing ad hoc reports as needed.
• Any other duties assigned by the Head of Department.
  
  

Job Requirements

The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and operational support to the Finance and General Administrative support to Learning Development Centre and HR team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate administrative functions effectively. The assistant will handle routine administrative tasks, support document collection, and assist with office coordination, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Candidates must possess at least SPM
• Able to speak in English
