Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our HR and Engineering Departments in their daily operations. The ideal candidate will be familiar with government procedures and regulations, ensuring smooth interactions with relevant authorities. This role is essential for maintaining efficient workflows and effective communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must know how to write and speak chinese.
  • Assist the HR Department with administrative tasks, including recruitment support, onboarding, and payroll management.
  • Provide administrative support to the Engineering Department, coordinating project-related documentation and communication.
  • Navigate government offices and manage procedures related to company operations, such as permits, registrations, and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with governmental authorities to ensure adherence to local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain organized records and files related to HR and engineering activities.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops as needed.
  • Help with facility management tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR or engineering contexts.
  • Strong knowledge of government procedures and the ability to navigate local regulations effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Must possess reliable transportation for travel to government offices and other locations as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Must Know How To Speak Chinese
  • Qualifications: High Education Certificate.
  • Experience: minimum of 2 years in the same field.
  • Special Requirements: Computer knowledge including
  • Microsoft word and Excel. Fluency in English. Social skills. Communications skills
