Job Responsibility

  • Follow up on weekly training progress & reports
  • Coordinate with external speakers/trainers
  • Help manage training-related posts on WeChat, Facebook, etc.
  • Share training info clearly with all agents
  • Suggest new training ideas for agent development
  • Help plan & organize training (venue, materials, certificates, etc.)

Job Summary:

Gplex Properties Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Training Admin to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time employee, you will play a key administrative role in supporting our training and development initiatives across the organisation.

  • Diploma or Degree (Fresh grads encouraged to apply!)
  • Good at Excel, PowerPoint & Canva
  • Responsible, detail-oriented & team player
  • Can speak & write in Mandarin & English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Friendly personality, willing to learn
  • Training or admin experience is a plus!
