Job Summary:The Administration Executive (Operations) is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business. This role involves managing schedules, handling documentation, coordinating with various departments, and supporting operational activities.

This role involves managing schedules, handling documentation, coordinating with various departments, and supporting operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and phone calls.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
- Oversee office and salon supplies, ensuring proper inventory management.
- Handle salon and office inventory procurement and replenishment.
- Apply for and renew Malaysia government licenses as required.
- Data Entry & Records Management:
- Input and update data accurately in databases and spreadsheets.
- Generate reports and analyze data to support business operations.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized records for compliance and operational efficiency.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in project planning, execution, and tracking.
- Monitor project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project updates.
- General Support & Ad-Hoc Duties:
- Provide administrative assistance for various business functions as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by management to support daily operations.

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Other Information:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM.
