Job Responsibility
- Use in-house 3D software to create accurate and efficient treatment plans independently.
- Design treatment plans by reviewing patient records such as scans, x-rays, photos, and prescriptions.
- Plan tooth movement and final positions based on company clinical guidelines to achieve the best outcome.
- Collaborate with QC and clinical teams to adjust plans and ensure they meet both doctor expectations and internal quality standards.
- Education Requirement â Minimum Diploma in any field or higher.
- Probation Period â 3 months, inclusive of approximately 1 month of training.
- Language Proficiency â Must be fluent in Mandarin; fluency in English is a strong advantage.
- Fresh Graduate is welcomed!
- Working hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
- Probation Period â 3 months, including around 1 month of training.
- Annual Leave (AL)
- Medical Coverage â Covered under AIA, including panel clinics and hospitalization.
- Public Holiday Work â Work on Public Holidays only if required. If so, compensation will be 2x or 3x pay, depending on the holiday.
- Statutory Contributions â Fully compliant with EPF, SOCSO, and other local requirements, as they are a public listed company.
- Training Period KPI â Performance will be tracked even during the training phase.
