Job Responsibility
- Perform general office administration including filing, data entry, correspondence, and record keeping.
- Handle office maintenance coordination (suppliers, service contractors, office equipment upkeep).
- Assist in director-related matters including claim processing, appointment scheduling, and document preparation.
- Coordinate and arrange travel bookings including flight tickets, accommodation, and transport for directors/staff.
- Support HRDF/HRD Corp claims submission and follow-up.
- Assist in staff-related administrative tasks such as leave records, attendance, and basic HR documentation.
- Assist in record and update information in client database.
- Liaise with external parties such as vendors, suppliers, and government agencies when required.
- Manage tasks and assignments within the given timeline, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
- Identify issues, provide solutions, and escalate when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
- SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- 1â3 years of working experience in administration/office support (fresh graduates with strong skills will be considered).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (read & write) to handle documents and communication when needed.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Able to work independently, manage tasks within deadlines, and solve problems effectively.
