Job Responsibility

  • Stock control, Purchasing, Providing sales team feedback, updating stock, checking arrivals
  • Managing returns, ensuring cleanliness, organizing shelves, Customer Pre-order, and handling ad-hoc tasks.
  • Checking stock in/out from Gold Smith, correctly weighing gold weight and price input into the computer, Supplier record balance.
  • Quality and quantity check when arrivals of stock from suppliers.
  • Provide support during inventory counts and participate in monthly stock checking.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and trends for management review.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory to reconcile discrepancies and ensure accurate records.
  • Providing general administrative support to team members as needed.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of inventory items.
  • Monitor inventory levels and tract stock movement to ensure accuracy and prevent stock shortage or over-stock situations.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English & Mandarin is preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to inventory control.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above.
  • Those with 1 year of inventory experience will be a priority.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to adapt and ability to work in shifts.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
