Job Responsibility
- Ensure all legal documents, confidential agreements, licenses, bills, and records are properly renewed, stored, and safeguarded.
- Manage monthly office rental fee payments and related bills (utilities, internet, maintenance, etc.).
- Manage office supplies procurement and vendor sourcing (e.g., pantry items, stationery, business cards, etc.).
- Assist with general administrative duties, including daily expense reporting, operational compliance and others
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required.
- Assist in office operations and other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience. Candidates with admin background are preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Languages: Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written). Know mandarin are more preferred.
