WHAT IS ON OFFER
Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team in Port Klang, Malaysia. You will be responsible for general administrative duties in a commercial environment in support of our client’s operations requirements. This is a hands-on role requiring a practical, pragmatic and flexible approach, in all aspects, to ensure successful team working.

Required Knowledge and Work Experience
Essential
- Good client facing skills, presenting a professional image and able to develop sound business relationships.
- Communication: Good interpersonal skills able to communicate (verbally/written) and liaise professionally at all levels within and outside the Company.
- A team player with dignity and due respect for fellow colleagues.
- A good understanding of quality of service and appreciation of factors involved in delivering a quality service.
- Excellent organisation with a good attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive approach working from your own initiative.
- IT Literate: Competence with standard Microsoft software packages and competent in preparing management information and reports.
- Experience within a customer service or customer facing environment.
- Able to prepare overall and individual commodity inspection services.
- Good commercial understanding and appreciation of factors involved in delivering a profitable service.
- Working knowledge of inspection and supervision.
- Working knowledge of quality services and the factors involved in delivering a quality service.
- Working knowledge of profit and loss systems and the factors involved in delivering a profitable service.
Required Work Experience
- Experience within a customer service or customer facing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma level and above.
Required Languages
- Fluent in both English and Malay languages for business
