Job Description

• Responsibilities in advising clients on suitable treatment.
• Assisting the Doctor for the treatments.
• Verbal communication skills, including active listening, for learning about client’s needs and explaining treatment options.
• Customer service to make clients feel comfortable and well cared for.
• Organize clinic medical records, to ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest aesthetic trends, technologies, and products.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or questions.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in all procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to create a seamless and positive client experience.
• To perform other tasks that assigned by the Superior.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or certification in Aesthetics Therapy, Beauty Qualification, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Aesthetic Therapist.
• Knowledge of skin and cosmetics.
• Ability to work extra hours.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Receptionist experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new techniques.
