Role Overview:
Our client is a global leader in technology and consumer electronics, recognized for delivering innovative products and services to customers worldwide. They are seeking a Sales Service Delivery Specialist to support the overseas after-sales operations for both commercial and consumer products.
This role involves managing and maintaining the company's international after-sales website, ensuring accurate content updates, supporting new product launches, handling service-related inquiries, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring timely and high-quality service content delivery across multiple platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the release and maintenance of the content of Lenovo's overseas after-sales website for commercial and consumer products. Based on the provided content materials, such as software drivers, applications, manuals, international warranty information, etc., maintain the official overseas after-sales website of Lenovo.
- Maintain IWS, service providers' information on the website timely per service business needs.
- Collect new product information, organize, and assist in new product launch work.
- Maintain knowledge base platform user management based on user registration information.
- Handle content service-related issues timely, create issue numbers, handle and complete the closed loop.
- Website localization for content, cross-team work with stakeholder, dev team, pub team, service team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, 2 to 3 years of work experience, proficiency in English and Mandarin, computer major preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Comfortable working with a high level of adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
- Has experience in agile development. HTML page development is preferred.
- Has experience in coding language is a plus. Has experience in content management system (CMS) is a plus.
- Proficient in using Excel, Power point and other office software.
- Familiarity with SLA management and complex customer issue resolution.
