Responsibilities:
- To provide after sale service support to customers, provide corrective actions to ensure customer’s satisfaction, trouble shooting and resolve technical product-related issue.
- To follow up, solve and respond to customer requests, complaints and after sale service.
- To locating faults, carrying out repairs and replacing parts.
- Vehicle testing for traction system, brake system, PIS system, air conditioner system, door systems, lighting system.
- To ensure quality inspection during commissioning and technical support.
- Vehicle dynamic test and initial vehicle operation support.
- Perform any other job assigned from the superior from time to time when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Conversant in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of other languages and dialects will be added advantage.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
