【Job Responsibility】

• Solution Design and Planning: Based on requirements and technical feasibility, design the implementation plan for AI projects, including technical routes, data processing processes, system integration schemes, and implementation steps.
• Model Deployment and Development: Responsible for the deployment and implementation of AI models, including integrating models into customers' existing systems, writing relevant codes, and solving technical problems during deployment.
• Project Delivery and Acceptance: Submit project results to customers, conduct on-site demonstrations and training, assist customers in completing project acceptance, solve problems raised during the acceptance process, and ensure that the project meets the expected goals.
• Cross-team Communication and Coordination: Interface with customers, algorithm teams, development teams, etc., to ensure information synchronization and promote the smooth progress of the project.
  
  

【Job Requirement】

• Professional Skills: Possess solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience in deep learning、CV, have an in-depth understanding of the principles and technical details of VLM and LLM, Be familiar with the basic tasks and technologies in the field of natural language processing, including but not limited to text classification, sentiment analysis, machine translation, question answering systems, etc.
• Project Experience: Be able to independently undertake the design and implementation of AI capabilities, and possess good code norms and software engineering literacy.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Have sharp technical insight and problem-solving ability, be able to independently analyze and solve complex technical problems in the process of model training and fine-tuning, be good at using innovative thinking to propose effective solutions, and ensure the feasibility and efficiency of technical solutions through experimental verification and optimization.

Those with experience in the delivery of AI products are preferred.

Those who can independently complete the preprocessing of training sets and have experience in model stitching are preferred.

Have at least 2 years of experience in AI project development or management.
