Job Description

• Model development and optimization: Design, develop and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve prediction, classification, recommendation and other problems in the financial field, such as financial risk prediction, cost optimization, etc. At the same time, he is responsible for the tuning, optimization and testing of models to ensure their accuracy and performance.
• Requirements analysis and docking: In-depth analysis of financial business scenarios, understanding business needs, and transforming them into realizable AI solutions. Work closely with the business team to ensure that AI technology is seamlessly integrated into the finance business.
• Project landing and implementation: In specific landing scenarios, cooperate with or lead the team to achieve AI product landing and overcome the challenge of high accuracy in financial scenarios. Responsible for the production of AI models and ensure that they have good scalability.
• Technical Support and Maintenance: Provide technical support to the finance team to help them understand and use AI tools. Responsible for product deployment and maintenance to ensure the stable operation of the system.
• Data processing and Analysis: Assist the team in data analysis and data processing to support the development and optimization of AI models. Based on internal and external data, it applies the knowledge of statistics, machine learning, deep learning and other fields to provide data support for financial decision-making.
