Find what drives you on a team with a more than 75-year history of discovery, determination, and innovation Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible The Analyst, Client Technologies is responsible for delivering a high standard of IT services to enable the organization in sustainable growth and competitiveness in the global market This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Client Technologies and is part of the Client Technologies Team located in KL, Malaysia and will be an on-site role In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Expertise in OS (Client and Server), general Office applications, network and server infrastructure and technologies. Basic Project management
• Focus on more complex Incident & Request Management
• Problem Identification and Resolution Individual & Small Team Project Management
• More Advanced Server & Network Administration and Configuration
• Project Management experience

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Service Desk incident and request management
• User computing systems and tools provisioning
• IT systems and facility maintenance
• Participate in IT and business-related projects
• Collaborate with global diverse IT teams with good communication skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
• Strong problem-solving and analytic abilities
