Analyst, Finance (Account Receivable)

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• responsible for assist finance team and intercompany invoicing
• high -volume invoice processing daily and send to customers
• submit invoices via EDI, send soft and hard copy daily
• set autoprogram for pre and post closing once a month
• check customer issues when invoices not being received
  
  

Education & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in any accounting firm or audit firm or commercial company
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
  
  

Skills

• Leadership capabilities to manage a virtual team
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
• Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp and all counterparts
• able to handle multiple priorities and duties is essential
• knowledge in Excel/microsoft outlook
• strong understanding of finance and accounting functions
• extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• able to work in a team environment for making decisions and implementing process improvements
• must be able to work extended hours during critical times as needed
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role requires regular liaison with counterparts in China.
