Analyst, Finance Functional Support (Format Factory)

JOB SUMMARY

As an Analyst as part of the FiCOM Format Factory team, you will contribute as one of the key team members to support the global bank communication project that aim to deploy the Kyriba treasury management system as unique strategic tool in the CMA CGM Group.

1. Perform unitary testing and bank connectivity testing to implement brand new payment file format and fix any current file format using the Kyriba treasury management system (bank communication tool).
2. Perform payment setups and payment related setups in Kyriba.
3. Effective communication and progress update on timely basis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the context of Kyriba bank communication project, you will be guided to:

1. Study the payment file structure based on the bank file format specification/requirement.
2. Study the Kyriba transaction code alias and format matrix.
3. Set up the payment profile and payment related setups in Kyriba.
4. Perform unitary testing and bank connectivity testing.
5. Analyse the test result by using the comparison tool (Kyriba Open Format Studio).
6. Communicate with banks to verify the payment file structure and validate file reception.
7. Update the testing follow up file and setup workbook on timely basis.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent expertise with experience, knowledge of Banking and Treasury Management Systems or Bank Communication tool.
2. Experiences: At least 2 years acquired in IT and/or Finance transformation projects, or possess the following knowledge: Payment format standards (e.g. XML PAIN, MT101), Bank Communication tool setups, Finance and/or Treasury knowledge.
3. Organize individually own activity and provide regular reporting.
4. Possess good financial culture as well as a level of operational English.
5. Having excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your reactivity, your rigor, your pedagogy, your analytical mind and of synthesis, and your capacity to work in interactions with various teams.
