Join a team of authorities to handle accounting issues, error analysis, corrections, and process improvements with support from the Fixed Assets Senior Analyst. Lead daily Fixed Assets transactions and month-end closings, ensuring timely and accurate records per IFRS and local GAAP. Collaborate with collaborators like accounting hubs and local teams, address their needs, make informed decisions, and share standard processes.

Lead daily Fixed Assets transactions and month-end closings, ensuring timely and accurate records per IFRS and local GAAP. How You’ll Make An Impact
- Manage asset master data, transfers, capitalization, disposals, and depreciation for accurate financial closings.
- Handle budget allocations, prepare monthly reports for assets under construction, and process impairment requests.
- Support internal controls, audits, and fixed assets inventory list extraction.
- Create and update desktop procedure documentation and contribute to standardizing and automating fixed asset processes.
- Assist with ad-hoc management tasks and participate in process improvement and cross-functional projects.
- Show willingness to learn, seek feedback, and build stakeholder partnerships to support team and career growth.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or related field, or validated experience in Accounting.
- Some experience in Fixed Assets Accounting and Finance Operations preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and preferably IFRS standards.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Basic knowledge of SAP business processes is a plus.
- Open to travel for training or workshops and possesses good communication skills with proficient English.
