Job Summary:
onsemi is seeking a self-directed and motivated Financial Analyst responsible in providing timely, accurate and complete gathering and processing of financial data and information for Management the purpose of decision making with regard to the Business Operations. The job also includes excellent partnership with the Operations team and senior Management in driving aggressive cost savings to meet the targets and goals.

Job Summary:
onsemi is seeking a self-directed and motivated Financial Analyst responsible in providing timely, accurate and complete gathering and processing of financial data and information for Management the purpose of decision making with regard to the Business Operations. The job also includes excellent partnership with the Operations team and senior Management in driving aggressive cost savings to meet the targets and goals.
Responsibilities
- Preparations of Operational Reviews for Management
- Cost analysis performance – budget/forecast/actual, and help Operations to develop plans for variance
- Prepare analysis on other Manufacturing Metrics addressing Productivity and Manufacturing Efficiencies.
- Preparation of annual budget for Operations and consolidations where necessary
- Preparation of quarterly Forecast for Operations and consolidations where necessary
- Cost projection / cost modeling / cost entitlement
- Prepares presentations and review materials for management visits.
- Prepares Financial Impact sheet and payback period analysis for Capital request
- Active partnership with Operations team on cost savings measurement
- Responsible in the Operational close
- Ensure compliance to SOX requirements
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- 3 years experience in manufacturing environment is an added advantage
- Must be organized and adaptable
- Budgeting and financial planning skills.
- Anticipate and proactive
- Troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and analytical, as well as possess strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Very strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
