職責與要求：
- 使用標準任務清單列印詳細的服務訂單（SO）。
- 獲得客戶簽名以批准所有要完成的工作。
- 準備事故損壞的現金維修估價/報價。
- 在交付車輛時向客戶提供有關車輛維護、配件和技術問題的建議。
- 向客戶解釋保固和善意政策。
- 與車間控制員一起追蹤維修進度，如果維修需要額外的時間和/或成本，SA 應通知客戶。
- 獲得客戶批准進行超出約定估價的維修
- 檢查工作，如有必要，在工作完成後與技術顧問安排道路測試。
- 將車輛歸還給客戶，如果客戶對所做的工作不滿意，則盡可能處理所有投訴。
- 在向上級報告客戶問題之前，先向上級簡要介紹自己無法處理的棘手投訴。
- 處理電話諮詢並在維修之日起 3 天後致電客戶。
- 推廣維修車間產品，例如零件和配件。取得並更新SAP系統中的客戶和車輛資訊。
- 若要產生保修，請透過 SAP（B001）提出索賠。
- 透過 SAP 產生發票。
- 服務經理指派的任何其他職責。
- 準備加班，並依照管理階層的要求提前通知。
- 分行主管/行政人員/技術顧問指定的其他職責
