Job Description
- Manage and process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Migration, Integration and Automation projects.
- Prepare and process payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all accounts payable activities.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting as needed.
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounts payable operations.
A Successful AP Analyst Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial systems.
- Migration, Integration and Automation projects experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Competitive salary ranging from MYR 36000 to MYR 60000 annually.
