Responsibilities:

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Expected to build Knowledge and support the team.

Participate in Problem Solving discussions.

Develop and implement efficient configuration and release management processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application deployment

Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain application integrity

Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in configuration and release management Cobol Dev JD

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and TSO.

Familiarity with mainframe technologies (Batch vs. Online).

Interest in learning legacy system modernization techniques and SQL.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Open to fresh graduates with enthusiasm to explore mainframe technologies.

Master proficiency in Configuration & Release Management is required.

Master level of proficiency in Design & Build Enablement is recommended.

Build Management proficiency at the Master level is suggested.
